Possible solutions for card detection:
* Verify that the card is correctly put in/on the reader and click OK
* Remove and put the card back in/on the reader, then click OK
* Verify that no other software uses the smart card reader

Possible solutions for ticket detection:
* Verify that ticket is CTS or SRI
* Verify that the reader is a compatible ASK Reader (known compatible readers are ASK RDR 417-P and ASK RDR 417 with firmware version > 1.14).
